Kirk Talbot, Louisiana Senator, District 10

Kirk Talbot is the Louisiana State Senator for the district 10. I interviewed him at his office in River Ridge. I think part of his success is that he is a regular down to earth person and he connects with the people in his district. And, He and his assistant are always open to the people of his district and willing to try to help any way they can. For those that don't know him, this video will tell about his district and a little about him. And for those that do, and everyone else, he talks about what he was most passionate about, which is trying to save people money, and in the last two sessions doing that through Auto Insurance reform.
